Hello and welcome to Violetta Cottage! Over time we have found that people tend to ask the same questions. So here they are.
Q: Can I get an early check in? A: Cleaning team will notify us when property is available, we will then let you know by SMS on the day.
Q: Can I get a late check out? A: Maybe, It all depends on if there is someone staying after you and what time our cleaners are able to arrive. What we always do is text you on your mobile number if there is no rush. So while we can’t guarantee anything frequently it is possible.
Q: Do you take Pets? A: Unfortunately due to allergies we cannot accept pets.
