Violetta cottage is a modern 4-bedroom property located in the seaside town of Hemsby, Norfolk.  For family fun and friendly competition, the property offers both an internal and external games room with a range of classic and new arcade games. 

This property does not allow pets. 

Conveniently located a 15–20-minute walk from Hemsby Beach, where guests have easy access to seaside attractions like crazy golf, arcades, and funfairs. The property also provide opportunity to explore The Norfolk Broads, with Ormesby Broad and Hickling Broad a short drive away. 

Driveway parking is available at the property for 3 cars.   

The Space 

The property features four bedrooms, including a master bedroom with a king size bed and ensuite bathroom, a double bedroom, and two twin rooms. Both the master and double bedrooms offer flat screen smart televisions. A family bathroom is also available upstairs with a bath with overhead shower.  The living area is spacious and includes a dining area and a snug with sofas and a smart TV.  There is also a separate downstairs cloakroom.   

After a busy day exploring, guests can look forward to returning to the property to make use of the amazing family games rooms.  Externally (in the garage) you will find, a pool table, table tennis table, air hockey table and darts. Whilst inside the conservatory room, there is a cocktail arcade table (for two players), a pinball machine and a 2 player upright arcade machine.  Whilst in the snug there is a 32” electronic touch screen table with over 70 digital board games including much loved classics such as Monopoly, Risk, Cluedo, Game of Life and Uno, to name a few! 

The garden offers a space for relaxation and alfresco dining, while the fully equipped kitchen includes amenities like a dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine.
